All of the pricing is posted on the site, you can use Ottawa Printing when planning your marketing strategy to get your costs instantly without going through a lengthy quoting procedure. Get your order into production in a few minutes instead of a few weeks.

How does it work?

  • Choose your product

    Choose the product that you need from the product menu on the left to see the options available. You could adjust the quantities, choose what type of finishing you need and other printing options. The price for your printing will change to reflect your choices. If you need us to design the artwork for you, just select this as an option. If you have your artwork ready, we will use your files for the printing.

  • Add to Cart

    When you have finished selecting your printing options, click the Add to Cart button and the item will be added to your shopping cart. If you need more then one lot or set, you could adjust the number of lots in the shopping cart - then click recalculate to update the total. If you need more items, click on the product menu to add more items to your shopping cart as needed.

  • Enter address

    When you are satisfied with your order, from the Shopping Cart page click Proceed to Checkout. This will allow you to enter your delivery information for your printing. After this, the billing information page will allow you to update the billing information, if it is different than the delivery information. There will also be a line to enter a password for your account, so that you could login to the site in the future to view your invoices or to order more items.

  • Complete the Order

    The secure payment processing page will show your totals and allows you to pay with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Paypal. This page is encrypted and 100% secure, we DO NOT store your billing information - it is only used to complete the order.

  • Upload your Files

    After the order is processed your printable invoice will be displayed, which will also be emailed to you. From this page you can upload your printing files to your order if you have them, or you can upload them later if you would prefer. We prefer high resolution pdf files, on our product pages we have instructions on how to set these up. there are also templates that you could download from the product pages that may help you. You can also leave notes about your order that our production department will read while processing your request. And that's it!

  • From there our art department will verify your files, if there are any issues we will contact you to make arrangements. When the artwork is deemed 'Print Ready' your printing order will go into production and will be shipped to you when completed!
